How to get here
The Wye Valley & Vale of Usk is easy to get to from many parts of the UK.
After all, it's Wales' southern gateway, with many major transport routes leading straight into the destination.
By road, we're reached via either of the two Severn bridges (M4 or M48); or from the Midlands and north via the M50/A40. And if you're coming from west Wales, the M4 leads straight to Newport.
There are direct coach and rail links to major cities across the UK, including five mainline railway stations.
And three international airports are within an hour of the destination; Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff.
Or you could go carbon-neutral and cycle in; we're well served by the network of National Cycle Routes.
Once you're here, the local public transport system ensures that you won't have any problem getting around.
